Urgent Notice! - Server Down (104.243.35.34)

THIS APPLIES TO SERVER(S) -  104.243.35.34 AT NEW YORK CITY DATA CENTER. 

Customers on our server(s)- 104.243.35.34 (epsilon.stormerhost.com) at our NYC datacenter are unable to access their websites/emails due to server downtime. 
Our server administrators are currently looking into this. Updates will be shared on this announcement post shortly.

STATUS: Investigating

Upon checking the logs via KVM, the server experienced an out-of-memory (OOM) event, which resulted in the operating system terminating one of the PHP (lsphp) processes. A request has been sent to the datacenter to reboot the server. 

UPDATE: The server has been rebooted; however, it is now loading into the GRUB prompt instead of the operating system. Initial checks indicate that the boot files are not accessible from GRUB, which could be due to filesystem corruption, disk issues, or a problem with the boot partition configuration. We are working on this and will get back to you with updates.
