Urgent Notice! Server Down -Emergency Maintenance 104.238.221.158 - RESTORED!
THIS APPLIES TO SERVERS - 104.238.221.158 AT LOS ANGELES, CARLIFONIA DATA CENTER.
Customers on one of our servers- 104.238.221.158 at our Carlifonia data center are unable to access their websites/emails due to server downtime. A reboot didnt get the server back online due to a hardware problem.
The server has been powered down to perform a hardware check.

------------UPDATE!
The problem is due to drives not getting detected by the system. We have reseated the drives multiple times, as well as tried using a PCIe riser. However, the problem remains that the system is not booting to the OS from the disks. While the drive is detected in BIOS, the OS does not boot from it, and the disks are not detected on the live OS either. It seems both disks have failed.

To ensure system stability and fixing the issue of disk disconnecting from the system intermittently, we are replacing the affected disk and performing a fresh installation of the operating system. Once the new disk is installed and the OS is reconfigured, we will connect the old disk via USB to facilitate the recovery and transfer of any important data.

We have launched our Disaster Recovery Plan restoring most recent server backup from our off-site backup destination.
While we work on restoring data from off-site backup location, the website may not be accessible at all until the restore is complete.

Most accounts have been restored and working alright now. If your website is still not accessible, please note the accounts recovery is still in progress.
Unfortunately, the restoration delay is due to a downtime issue reported from our off-site backup location due to power issues. The power is in process of getting restored.
